Job Overview

We are looking for an Email Support Specialist to join our team. This is an entry-level job. You will help customers by replying to emails and solving simple issues. Training will be provided, so no experience is needed.

Primary Duties

  • Respond to customer emails in a timely manner
  • Help customers with basic questions and issues
  • Provide clear and simple answers
  • Keep records of customer emails and requests
  • Follow company guidelines when replying
  • Work with team members when needed

Experience

  • High school diploma or equal
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Docs)
  • Good written communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to stay organized and manage time
  • Ability to work alone
  • Stable internet connection
  • Willingness to learn
