What will your typical day look like?
In general, in this role as a Workplace services professional, you will:
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily office operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to staff, clients, and guests, cultivating a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe office environment through scheduled walkthroughs, supply checks, restocking, and reporting deficiencies.
• Support health and safety activities including First Aid and Floor warden duties (training will be provided)
• Assist with other areas of the WS team, including mailroom, printing, and reception duties as required.

The Workplace Services team delivers seamless office support across reception, mail & print services, facilities management, catering and health & safety. Our professionals combine operational excellence with a hospitality mindset to create a welcoming, efficient, and safe environment for our clients and our people.

You are someone with these required skills, experience & qualifications:
• 2-3 years of work experience in customer service, hospitality, or a facilities environment
• Quick to learn and adapt to new systems and tools, including both in-house applications and industry-standard software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure, client-focused environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to take proactive measures to ensure timely responses to requests
• Strong attention to detail and a task-oriented mindset, with strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative approach
• A professional demeanor
• Discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential information
• Flexibility with work hours to support the needs of the business (core hours of the role are 9:00am - 5:30 pm).
• This role is 100% onsite, in-office Monday - Friday
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
It would be great for you to have some of these nice to haves as well:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, iOS devices, experience with ServiceNow an asset.
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $33,000 - $60,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
