IMT Management Consultant, Strategist and Planner

• Experience with implementing enterprise data strategy and/or data governance.  Must show description of projects involving the development and/ or implementation of data strategies and/or or implementation of data governance/ data management. for a program of the size and complexity of the programs scope of work.
• Experience in the development and implementation of data platforms, governance standards, processes, and mechanisms to enable organizations to manage information through its entire lifecycle.
• Experience leading and providing consultation and support to clients at all levels of an organization.
• Experience preparing and implementing government-wide strategies and/or mandates on data transformation initiatives.
• Extensive experience in the Data Governance discipline.
• Active professional certification or accreditation in a related discipline from a recognized issuing body.
• Experience conducting, facilitating and interpreting impact and risk assessments across multiple scenarios.
• Experience with projects that involved data science , data engineering and / or AI.
• Experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis of costs and benefits
• Experience in the analysis, development, and integration of complex IT systems with a specific focus on the management of multiple data sources , web services, and legacy IT solutions.
• Experience with data management tools (e.g. data governance tools, BI, analytics, big data, data visualization, etc.)
• Experience with Information Governance, or records management and information management.
• Experience working on agile software development and modern, service design based product delivery comparable in size and complexity for a large organization such as state, provincial, or federal government or a private company with 5,000 or more employees or for a startup or small business addressing a complex challenge at scale.
