The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our Red Deer team. This role is ideal for someone with strong industry knowledge who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding service while driving sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day order desk activities, including quoting, order entry, and follow-ups
- Provide accurate pricing, product information, and availability to customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service
- Generate new business opportunities and support overall sales growth
- Prepare estimates for new and ongoing projects
- Negotiate pricing and close sales effectively
- Collaborate closely with outside sales and internal teams to meet and exceed targets
- Assist with additional branch duties and contribute to a team-focused environment
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in oilfield supply (P, V & F)
- Strong knowledge of industrial and technical products
- Proven sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently
- Strong computer and system proficiency
- Commitment to responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
