Job Description
This role comes down to how well you communicate and how quickly you can understand what a customer needs. You will be handling conversations through live chat, helping people find answers, and making sure issues are either resolved or passed to the right team. It is fast-paced at times, but once you get into a rhythm, it becomes very manageable.
Responsibilities- Respond to customer messages through live chat in a clear and timely manner
- Help customers with questions, account issues, or general support
- Troubleshoot basic problems and guide customers step by step
- Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team
- Keep accurate notes of each interaction in the system
- Maintain a calm and professional tone, even during busy periods
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle more than one conversation at a time
- Basic computer knowledge and comfort navigating systems
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively
- No experience required, but customer service experience is helpful
