Job Description

We are looking for a Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will help customers by answering questions, solving basic issues, and providing helpful information about our products or services. The ideal candidate has good communication skills and enjoys helping people.

Key Duties:

  • Answer customer questions by phone, email, or chat

  • Help customers solve simple problems

  • Provide clear information about products or services

  • Record customer requests and update information in the system

  • Follow up with customers when needed

  • Work with other team members to resolve customer issues

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude when helping customers

Requirements:

  • Good communication and listening skills

  • Basic computer skills

  • Strong problem-solving ability

  • Friendly and patient with customers

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
