Job Description
The Help Desk Representative provides basic technical and customer support to users by answering questions and helping resolve simple issues. This entry-level role focuses on delivering friendly service, documenting requests, and directing more complex problems to the appropriate team.
Duties:
Answer phone, email, or chat requests from users
Help with simple computer, login, or software issues
Create and update support tickets
Provide clear instructions to help users solve basic problems
Escalate complex issues to senior support staff
