The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Architect will be comfortable in all aspects of Project delivery including solution design, development, technical specs, prototyping, requirements definition, technical support, integration support, and more.

What you will do
  • Lead workshops with customers, documents requirements and designs appropriate solutions on Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Assist the functional resources/business analysts with requirements gathering and provides design guidance for Dynamics 365 CE projects.
  • Provide leadership and technical guidance to the project team throughout the implementation to ensure successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE projects.
  • Facilitate discussions with business and technical stakeholders to extract critical business requirements and present a technical vision and solutions in the form of software products, customizations, and integrations to meet those needs within Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Respond to pre-sales and technical questions and provide product, technical, and business expertise and assist team to prepare and present tailored software demonstrations.
  • Provide best practices and solution alternatives as part of functional or technical design documents.
  • Communicate effectively with the client, lead meetings, and capture and distribute action items.
  • Stay current on Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement and related technologies, particularly Power Platform and Azure cloud technologies that support the solution.
What you bring to the role
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience of building solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
  • Proven experience as either a technical lead, technical architect or solution architect with Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Experience working with Dynamics 365 SDK to build plugins, custom workflows, and applications.
  • Extensive experience with the .NET Framework, C# development and various JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as vue.js, React and Typescript.
  • Familiar with Microsoft SQL based technologies such as SSIS and SSRS.
  • Experience developing integrations directly with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform and Azure.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, communication skills.
  • Experience with leading or participating in the gathering and documenting of business processes and requirements for the system with key business users.
