Compensation
BC, AB, SK, NWT & NT: $104,100 - $138,000
MB & ON: $95,000 - $130,800
Atlantic Provinces & QC: $94,100 - $124,900

Your Impact
- Lead planning, design, and delivery of municipal water and wastewater projects for Indigenous clients, including feasibility studies, system assessments, upgrades, and new infrastructure.
- Build and maintain strong, respectful relationships with Indigenous communities, leadership, and project partners.
- Facilitate engagement sessions and workshops to ensure decisions reflect community priorities.
- Manage scope, budget, schedule, risk, and quality from initiation through completion.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams-engineers, planners, environmental specialists, and construction professionals.
- Prepare proposals and project documentation with culturally appropriate communication.
- Support business development and contribute to long-term Indigenous partnership strategies.
- Mentor junior staff and foster team growth.
The Skills That Set You Apart
- 10+ years managing municipal infrastructure projects, with at least 5 years working with First Nations communities.
- Undergraduate degree in civil engineering or civil engineering technology diploma; P.Eng., CET, or P.Tech (Eng.) designation in Alberta.
- PMP certification is an asset.
- Experience with lift stations, reservoirs, and pump stations is an advantage.
- Ability to present technical information in accessible, community-friendly ways.
- Familiarity with Indigenous Services Canada processes and willingness to travel as required.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence.
