As a Senior Project Manager / Project Engineer in our Canmore Land Development and Municipal Engineering team, you'll lead transformative projects that define tomorrow's infrastructure. From municipal water and wastewater systems to roadways and site servicing, your expertise will make a lasting impact on both public and private sectors.
Your Impact
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver municipal infrastructure projects that enhance community resilience and sustainability.
- Drive design excellence across water, wastewater, drainage, and roadway systems, ensuring innovative and practical solutions.
- Mentor emerging professionals, fostering growth and knowledge-sharing within the team.
- Collaborate with clients and regulatory agencies to navigate approvals and maintain strong relationships.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and client communications to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Contribute to proposals and bids that position WSP as a trusted partner in shaping Alberta's future.
The Skills That Set You Apart
- Over 10 years of experience delivering municipal infrastructure projects for public and private sectors.
- A degree in Civil Engineering and Professional Engineer designation in Alberta (or equivalent technologist certification with stamping authority).
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, from concept through construction, with PMP certification as an asset.
- Expertise in municipal standards, stormwater, sewer, watermain, and road design.
- Familiarity with southern Alberta municipalities and mountain environments is a strong advantage.
- Valid driver's license and readiness for site inspections.

Compensation
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YK: $122,900 - $162,800
MB & ON: $112,100 - $154,400
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $111,000 - $147,400
