The Role

As a Call Center Agent, you will be one of the first points of contact for our clients. You will handle inbound calls, assist with questions, and provide clear, helpful solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people and wants to build a strong foundation in customer service.

We provide full training, so no previous experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls from customers in a professional and friendly manner
Assist with general inquiries, account questions, and basic support needs
Provide clear and accurate information
Escalate more complex issues when needed
Keep records of calls and customer interactions
Follow up when required to ensure issues are resolved

Qualifications

Basic computer skills
Strong communication and listening skills
Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure

Ability to work independently in a remote setting
