Centralized Proposal Intake and Submission Associate

The Centralized Proposals Intake and Submission Team oversees the entire lifecycle of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) intake and submission in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The Proposals Intake and Submission Associate provide administrative and coordination support to the centralized intake and submission team, including distribute incoming RFPs documents and submit proposal responses to cover coast to coast geographic coverage.

• Track key dates, milestones, and submission requirements, flagging risks, issues, or missing information to senior team members.
• Support the coordination of questions, clarifications, and amendments under guidance.
• Distribute RFX notifications and materials to internal stakeholders based on defined intake and routing processes.
• Support submission activities (e.g., portal uploads) under supervision and in accordance with deadlines.
• Follow standardized intake, submission, and quality processes to support consistency and risk management.
• Maintain trackers, templates, and checklists as required .
What You'll Bring:
• Prior experience in administrative , coordination, or support role within a professional service or public sector environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suit s and CRM tool like Salesforce
• Exposure to document management systems , procurement portals or AI technologies
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and s trong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with guidance
• W illingness to learn new processes, tools, and ways of working
• Experience with data entry and process centralization
• Previous experience with government and public sector procurement is an asset
• A proven ability to confidently build and maintain strong relationships at different levels within an organization
• Comfortable to work in fast- paced , time-sensitive driven, and multiple stakeholders' collaborative environment

The salary range for this position is $45,800 - $76,300. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
