These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.As a SAP consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of SAP applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.
Meaningful work you'll be part of
As a SAP SuccessFactors Senior Manager, you'll lead a team of problem solvers, facilitate our clients through their HR transformation journeys and support the overall growth of our practice. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
• Play leadership role in our SAP SuccessFactors practice through leading client sales pursuits, business development, practice operations and project delivery.
• Advise clients on Human Experience Management transformation opportunities from both a business and technology lens
• Work closely with SAP on business development initiatives and joint pursuits.
• Work closely with HR Transformation (HR operating model, business case design, business process design) practitioners on integrated solution offerings.
• Lead multi-faceted programs to implement SAP SuccessFactors technology solutions. Lead and oversee parallel workstreams (functional, technical, reporting, organizational change, training, reporting, etc) through implementation programs. Familiarity with the SAP Activate and Agile methodology is beneficial.
• Lead client, PwC and technology partner teams to plan, manage and deliver high quality engagements
• Establish credibility with our clients by demonstrating expertise and knowledge of SAP technologies.
• Lead and mentor junior PwC personnel through project lifecycle and career mentoring.
Experiences and skills you'll use to solve
• Strong experience in leading sales pursuits including setting up and managing pursuit teams, creating value propositions, and leading sales presentations to prospective clients
• Strong experience in building and cultivating relationships with clients
• Experience leading at least 5 end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations with proven success at managing teams, ensuring quality, on budget and on schedule delivery
• A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences, developing and coaching diverse teams, and ensuring diverse perspectives are heard
• A broad range of knowledge and experience with respect to SAP's on premise and cloud technology solutions. Experience with the new SAP cloud solutions, such as Qualtrics will be strongly desirable
• Strong desire for continued growth and learning. An interest in deepening your business acumen, technical knowledge, particularly with SAP's newer cloud technologies
• Deep understanding of HR business functions and processes and expertise working in different industries
• Certification in at least one SuccessFactors module (Associate or Professional) is preferred
• When applying to a Quebec based opportunity, fluency in French is required . Outside of Quebec, fluency in French is an asset

The salary range for this position is $168,000 - $218,000. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres . Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements . We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
