Job Description

PwC Canada has been a national leader in the adoption of generative AI, becoming one of the first organizations in the country to integrate GenAI tools at enterprise scale. Our AI Factory brings together specialists in product, engineering, data, design, and delivery to rapidly prototype, validate, and scale secure, production‑ready AI solutions used across the firm. We are looking for a highly motivated Product Manager that enjoys building products and experiences that showcase the state of the art of AI, software, and user experience. Projects you will take on may span from internal use cases that drive our productivity across lines of services (Consulting, Deals, Tax, Assurance) all the way through to market-facing, brand defining client experiences aligned to PwC Canada's corporate strategy. This is a rare opportunity to practice product management across the full stack, from driving low level software components to designing end to end user experiences. Through collaboration, creativity, and demonstrable value, the Product Manager will work to ensure that the firm's investments in Artificial Intelligence solutions and their features deliver maximum business value through direct and tactical oversight of each of your individual product's KPIs, commercial and usage targets, and alignment to business and client needs, as well as the establishment of product visions, roadmaps, and practices as you lead cross-functional teams to drive initiatives along each product's lifecycle. The buck stops with you - be accountable for the enterprise-grade software envisioned, realize commercialization and adoption targets, and case-make for investment! Furthermore, you will foster strong relationships with cross functional team members and key stakeholders, leading them through a series of "firsts" - ways of thinking, working, and delivering - and to ensure everyone arrives at the same destination of deploying Artificial Intelligence enabled solutions that are desirable, viable, and technically feasible and produce measurable value.
