Position OverviewWe are currently seeking a Customer Care Associate to join our remote team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others and want to build a career in customer service. Training will be provided to ensure you are confident and successful in your role.
In this position, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries through chat, email, or phone
- Provide clear and helpful information about services and accounts
- Assist customers with basic issues and concerns
- Escalate more complex problems to the appropriate team
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain patient and professional
- Good attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and take feedback
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
