Your Impact:

You will play a crucial role leveraging data to provide visibility, drive informed decision-making, enhance business processes, and ensure the overall success of the Customer Operations organization. You will be tasked with detailed assessment of business context and stakeholder needs; statistical reporting, visualization, and reporting; and consultative partnership with leadership. Successful candidates for this role will have prior experience in a data analytics environment and are comfortable using analytics tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Excel. Candidates should be able to communicate complex concepts and problems clearly and use complex data to support their findings and arguments. A bachelor's degree is required.

Reports To: Senior Director, Revenue Intelligence

What You'll Do:


Data Analysis:

Utilize advanced statistical techniques to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights.

Develop and implement data models and algorithms to support business objectives.

Conduct thorough data validation and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and reliability of results.

Reporting and Visualization:

Design and create insightful, visually appealing reports and dashboards for key stakeholders.

Communicate complex data findings in a clear and understandable manner.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify reporting requirements and ensure data-driven decision-making.

What You Bring:


Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.

Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across organizational boundaries.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Working pattern: Full time, 40 hours per week.

Contract type: Permanent.
