About the RoleWe are looking for a detail focused Data Entry Specialist to support our data operations. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining housing and market data in company systems.
This is an entry level position. No experience is required. Training will be provided. The role is best suited for someone who is careful, organized, and able to work with data accurately.
This is a remote position, so you will work from home and stay connected with the team through online systems.
Key Responsibilities- Enter and update data in company systems
- Review information for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain and organize digital records
- Update property and market data when needed
- Follow data guidelines and procedures
- Report errors or missing information
- Basic computer skills, typing, email, internet use
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to stay organized
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable internet connection
- No experience required, training provided
