About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-focused Shipment Tracking Assistant to help monitor and update shipment and delivery information. In this role, you will support the operations team by making sure tracking details are accurate and up to date.
This is an entry level position. No experience is required. Training will be provided. The job is mainly about following simple processes, updating records, and keeping information organized.
This is a remote role, so you will work from home and handle tracking updates through online systems and communication tools.
Key Responsibilities- Track shipment and delivery updates in company systems
- Update records with current status information
- Monitor delays and report issues when needed
- Assist with organizing shipping data and logs
- Communicate updates to internal teams
- Ensure all information is accurate and up to date
- Basic computer skills, typing, email, internet use
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organization skills
- Ability to follow instructions clearly
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable internet connection
