About the RoleWe are looking for a reliable and organized Logistics Coordinator to support basic coordination and tracking tasks. In this role, you will help keep information updated, assist with scheduling shipments, and support communication between internal teams.
This is an entry level position. No previous experience is required. Training will be provided. The main focus is being organized, attentive, and able to follow instructions.
Even though this is a remote role, you will be working on logistics operations such as tracking updates, managing records, and supporting daily coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Update and track shipment and delivery information
- Assist with organizing logistics schedules and records
- Communicate updates between internal teams
- Maintain accurate logs of orders and movements
- Help identify and report delays or missing information
- Support daily coordination tasks as needed
- Basic computer skills, typing, email, internet use
- Good attention to detail
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to follow instructions clearly
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable internet connection
