The Opportunity

Shape the World Around You - As a member of our Transportation team in Calgary, you'll help deliver projects that improve mobility and infrastructure across South Central Alberta. This permanent, full-time role involves inspection, reporting, and coordination for transportation-related projects, ensuring quality and compliance while supporting successful project delivery. Travel within Southern and Central Alberta will be required.

Your Impact

• Provide construction inspection services on multi-disciplinary transportation projects.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure proactive planning and execution.
• Conduct site visits across Calgary and surrounding regions to monitor project deliverables.
• Participate in project meetings and perform interim, substantial, and final inspections.
• Assist with documentation for meetings, inspections, summary reports, and final packages.
• Develop skills in civil construction services, including survey and materials testing.
• Support design, drafting, and quantity calculations during off-season periods.

The Skills That Set You Apart

• Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering.
• Eligible for registration with ASET (T.T. or C.E.T.) or APEGA (E.I.T. or P.Eng.).
• Valid Alberta Class 5 driver's licence and ability to travel extensively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Comfortable working on construction sites and adapting to dynamic project needs.

Compensation

• BC, AB, SK, NWT & NU: $66,700 - $88,400
• MB & ON: $60,900 - $83,800
• Atlantic Provinces & QC: $60,300 - $80,000
