Job Overview
We are looking for an Order Processing Coordinator to join our team. This entry-level role can be done entirely from home. You will help manage customer orders, ensure accurate processing, and support smooth operations. Full training will be provided, no prior experience is needed.
Primary Duties
- Process and review customer orders
- Check order details for accuracy and completeness
- Update order status in company systems
- Communicate with team members regarding order issues
- Maintain organized records of transactions
- Complete tasks accurately and on time
Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Docs)
- Good attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work independently from home
- Strong communication skills
- Stable internet connection
- Willingness to learn
