Our Energy, Resources & Industry (ERI) sector supports clients across Canada in mining, heavy industry, power generation, power grid, and renewable energy. Our Resources subsector delivers full-cycle services from economic studies through design, procurement, commissioning, and project closure. We're seeking a Proposal Coordinator to support multidisciplinary proposal development for major ERI pursuits, specifically in Mining. This role can be based in Calgary, Alberta.
Your Impact
- Develop compliant, compelling proposal submissions by coordinating inputs, timelines, and reviews across technical and business teams.
- Create proposal outlines, manage contribution schedules, and ensure alignment with RFP requirements and WSP brand standards.
- Write clear, persuasive proposal content including executive summaries, project descriptions, CVs, matrices, and standard sections.
- Partner with graphic designers to translate ideas into engaging visual content that elevates storytelling and strengthens win strategies.
- Lead quality control efforts to ensure accuracy, consistency, and a polished final deliverable.
- Participate in strategy sessions, helping shape the messaging and structure of competitive proposals.
- Maintain accurate proposal records, templates, and databases to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

- You bring 2+ years of hands-on proposal coordination experience within engineering, consulting, or professional services environments.
- You thrive in deadline-driven settings and navigate shifting priorities with composure, focus, and initiative.
- You write with clarity and precision, demonstrating strong editing, formatting, and document-quality skills.
- You're highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in supporting complex, multi-disciplinary submissions.
- You're skilled with MS Office, and experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and SharePoint Online is an asset.
- Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset.
- You bring a collaborative, team-first mindset and care deeply about producing work that represents excellence.

Compensation:
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $77,400 - $102,500
MB & ON: $70,600 - $97,200
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $69,900 - $92,900
