As a Project Coordinator, you'll collaborate with brilliant minds and contribute to high-profile projects that are shaping communities across Edmonton and Northern Alberta. From land development to municipal infrastructure, your work will make a tangible difference.
Your Impact
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Conduct construction inspections for earthworks, utilities, and landscaping to ensure compliance with municipal specifications.
- Perform construction survey layouts and preliminary topographic surveys, interpreting data for project accuracy.
- Manage project documentation, progress tracking, and cost/schedule reporting, recommending corrective actions when needed.
- Support proposal development and participate in client meetings to communicate priorities and resolve issues.
- Provide proactive assistance to Project Managers and design teams, ensuring seamless project execution.
The Skills That Set You Apart
- Civil or Construction Engineering Technology graduate with 5+ years of experience in civil engineering and infrastructure site inspections.
- Registered or eligible for registration with ASET as a CET or PTech.
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and familiar with GPS survey equipment; Trimble experience is an asset.
- Skilled in interpreting construction drawings and specifications, with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working independently in both office and field environments, with adaptability to manage deadlines and change.
- Valid driver's licence and willingness for occasional out-of-town travel.

Compensation
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YK: $66,700 - $88,400
MB & ON: $60,900 - $83,800
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $60,300 - $80,000
