Job SummaryThis role is about starting conversations and building relationships. From experience, a strong Sales Development Representative is someone who knows how to reach out, ask the right questions, and understand what a potential client actually needs. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging with prospects, and passing qualified leads to the sales team.
Responsibilities- Reach out to potential clients through email, phone, and online channels
- Introduce company services and explain how they can benefit the client
- Ask questions to understand customer needs and identify opportunities
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
- Keep accurate records of conversations and updates in the system
- Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence when speaking with new people
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple leads
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required
