Job Description

Join our team as a Sales Support Representative in a fully remote role, where you will play a key part in supporting daily sales operations and delivering excellent service to clients. This position involves working closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey. We provide structured training and ongoing support to help you succeed. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with customer inquiries related to products and services in a professional manner

  • Support order processing, documentation, and sales coordination tasks

  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and basic sales reports as needed

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and sales records

  • Follow up with clients to support ongoing relationships and satisfaction
