Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex enterprise technology initiatives related to procurement, HRIS, and ERP modernization. You’ll work closely with business leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with operational and compliance objectives. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a major transformation initiative with broad organizational impact.
Who:
Our client is a large public-sector organization undergoing significant modernization initiatives focused on improving operational efficiency, enterprise processes, and service delivery through technology. Their environment is highly collaborative, bringing together IT, procurement, finance, and business stakeholders to support strategic transformation programs.
You:
You’ll bring the following experience and capabilities:
- Proven experience managing complex procurement system projects, including contract-to-pay, procure-to-pay, and source-to-contract initiatives.
- Experience delivering HRIS projects within large enterprise or public-sector environments.
- Background managing budgeting and forecasting system implementations, ideally within SAP environments.
- Strong project governance and resource management experience across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Proven ability to develop project charters, business cases, and project plans.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and delivering compliant IT solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience supporting executive-level decision making.
- Ability to develop recommendations related to project methodologies, governance structures, and resource requirements.
- Experience defining project organizational structures, roles, and responsibilities.
- Strong project scheduling, resource estimation, and work plan management capabilities.
- Experience tracking project progress against objectives and facilitating issue resolution.
- Leadership and change management experience supporting cross-functional project teams.
This role pays between $105-$125/hr.
