Controller

Our client located in the Banff Area of Calgary is looking for a Controller to lead their large accounting team.  You must have excellent mentoring skills, enjoy working in a fast paced environment and have an entrepreneurial spirit.  You will partner with the CFO and be responsible for the financial operations of the organization.  You would lead the finance team including accounting, payroll, financial reporting, financial planning and analysis. 

You will lead the Finance and Accounting team in preparation of financial reports and briefings including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements, and facilitate the business planning of the organization.  You will also get involved with operational improvements and evaluate and prepare business cases for capital expenditures & new investments.

Ideally you are a CPA with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
