Job Description

Job Summary

This role is about more than just answering questions. A Customer Advice Specialist is someone customers can rely on for clear, practical guidance. From experience, it is important to listen carefully, understand what the customer actually needs, and give straightforward advice that helps them make the right decision. You will be building trust while making sure customers feel supported.

Responsibilities
  • Speak with customers through phone, email, or chat to understand their needs
  • Provide clear and practical advice based on the company’s services
  • Help customers choose solutions that fit their situation
  • Resolve concerns and follow up to make sure everything is handled properly
  • Keep accurate records of conversations and recommendations
  • Work with internal teams when additional support is needed
Requirements
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Ability to explain things in a clear and simple way
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use internal systems
  • Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required
