Compensation
BC, AB, SK, NWT & NU: $66,700 - $88,400
MB & ON: $60,900 - $83,800
Atlantic Provinces & QC: $60,300 - $80,000

The Opportunity
Build the Future With Us - Join our Municipal Engineering team and help shape resilient, community-focused infrastructure across Alberta. In this role, you'll support planning, design, and construction-phase delivery of municipal projects that strengthen the places people live, work, and move every day.
Your Impact
- Deliver construction-phase services, including contract administration, field inspections, and survey layout for municipal infrastructure projects.
- Support the preparation of tender documents, technical specifications, and construction packages.
- Conduct site investigations, collect topographic data, and contribute to design development.
- Monitor contractor progress, quality, and compliance, and help resolve field issues as they arise.
- Participate in project documentation, including RFIs, change requests, and progress tracking.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to advance project outcomes and maintain timely communication with clients and contractors.
- Provide design support during winter months, contributing to roadway, water, sewer, drainage, and land development projects.
- Assist with business development activities, proposal input, and team coordination as needed.
The Skills That Set You Apart
- EIT designation with APEGA (or eligibility), or a Civil Engineering Technology diploma with relevant municipal experience.
- Experience with municipal infrastructure such as roads, grading, water, sanitary, and storm systems.
- Comfortable working in the field, conducting inspections, surveys, and contractor reviews.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Bluebeam/PDF markup tools, and standard office software.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and municipal standards.
- Valid driver's licence and ability to travel locally as required.
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for delivering community-impacting infrastructure.
