Join our Energy & Resources team in Calgary, AB, where you'll help design the infrastructure that powers communities. You'll contribute to safe, efficient, and resilient structures that support major energy projects across Western Canada. Every model you develop and every drawing you refine will support real-world outcomes for clients, communities, and the environment.
Your Impact
- Apply WSP and client drafting standards to prepare structural models and drawings for piling, concrete, and structural steel systems.
- Produce 3D models and drawing packages from engineering sketches while ensuring consistency, clarity, and accuracy.
- Collaborate with engineers and multidisciplinary teams-including Piping and Electrical-to advance design development and resolve coordination issues.
- Support quality processes by conducting self-checks and integrating markup revisions from Engineers, Checkers, and Leads.
- Generate bills of materials and pile schedules using 3D/CAD software.
- Maintain organized digital project files that align with department, client, and project requirements.
- Contribute to a supportive team culture grounded in ownership, curiosity, and continuous learning.
The Skills That Set You Apart
- Engineering Design & Drafting Technology (EDDT) diploma or equivalent technical training.
- Up to 5 years of experience in structural design or industrial drafting.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, CADWorx, or SP3D and familiarity with MS Office tools.
- Detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving instincts and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative mindset, openness to coaching, and a desire to grow in structural design.

Compensation
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $57,500 - $76,200
MB & ON: $52,500 - $72,300
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $52,000 - $69,000
