Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Live Chat Support Agent to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers through live chat by answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information in a professional and friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer messages via live chat
Provide clear and accurate information about products or services
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive experience
Record and update customer interactions as required
Requirements:

Strong written communication skills
Basic computer proficiency and ability to multitask
Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
