Job Description
Responsibilities:
Respond to client inquiries through email chat and phone
Provide clear and helpful information about services
Assist with basic account or service-related concerns
Update and maintain accurate client records
Follow up to ensure a positive client experience
Escalate more complex issues when required
Qualifications:
Secondary school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication skills in English
Basic computer and typing skills
Attention to detail and good organization
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
